Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are effective as of January 1, 2025 between TransactPro, operating at 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada (Business ID 880270544) and any user of services, info products, or goods provided by TransactPro. 1. General

By accessing or using any offering on TransactPro, you agree to these Terms. TransactPro specializes in property transaction services including consultation, documentation support, and coordination among involved parties.

2. Property Transaction Services

TransactPro offers tailored services to assist with property-related documentation and procedural support. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed upon full settlement of the service fee.

Cancellations and changes are subject to the Refund Policy below. You may reschedule a service one time by providing at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, templates, and instructional materials delivered electronically. Access is granted via a secure download link. Due to immediate delivery, access, and download, reimbursement is limited as outlined in the Refund Policy.

4. Goods

Goods consist of printed documents, branded materials, and other physical items. Shipping charges apply separately. Goods must be received in original, unused condition for an exchange or reimbursement as detailed below.

5. Refund Policy

TransactPro strives to accommodate client needs. The following terms apply to reimbursements and rescheduling:

Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may opt for an account credit toward future offerings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, TransactPro’s liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant offering.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
